About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Front Desk Supervisor to join our Front Office team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane. As a Night Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the team during shift, welcoming and registering guests to the hotel, and providing exceptional service to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Front Desk team during shift, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
- Welcome and register guests to the hotel, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment.
- Respond to and resolve a wide variety of guest requests, accurately assessing their needs and adding personal recommendations and touches.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences.
