Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is looking for a Night Front Desk Supervisor to join the Front Office team

Your role

As Night Front Desk Supervisoryou will lead the team during shift, to welcome and register guests to the hotel, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Responds, handles and resolves a wide variety of guest requestsby accurately assessing the guests' needs and then adding personal recommendations and touches.
