Job Description

We're looking for a Child Development Professional to join our Early Years team at Teacheroo. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young pupils. As a key member of our team, you'll work collaboratively with colleagues to design and implement activities that cater to the diverse needs of our children. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the welfare and development of every child are a top priority. To achieve this, you'll need to work closely with parents, carers, and outside agencies to understand individual needs and develop tailored plans.

To excel in this position, you'll require an HNC or SVQ level 3 qualification in Early Education and Childcare or equivalent/higher. You must also meet the standards for SSSC registration and possess knowledge of current issues in education and social legislation. Exceptional communication skills are necessary for building strong relationships with stakeholders.
