School Nursing Services Coordinator

Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a qualified and dedicated part-time School Nurse to join our 0-19 team in Bracknell Forest. This is a permanent part-time role for 30 hours, four days a week, within our service hours of 9am-5pm, Monday - Friday. Term time only can also be considered.
The ideal candidate will have a registered Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN) qualification in School Nursing and be active on the NMC register. They will possess a high standard of clinical work and ability to develop and maintain trusting relationships with children/young people. A car driver with ability and readiness to travel to multiple sites is also required.
In this role, you will conduct health assessments for children in care, attend safeguarding conferences, and work with other teams and agencies. You will lead and manage to uphold high standards of care and clinical excellence, while contributing to the development of innovative solutions and maintaining the values of Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The salary for this position is £45,000 per annum.
