Nursing and Care Position

Prestige Nursing & Care is recruiting a Care Coordinator to join our team in East Fife. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Prestige Nursing & Care and ensuring effective use of nursing and care resources. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the promotion of Prestige Nursing & Care and adherence to all office systems and procedures.
  • Working collaboratively with other care planners to ensure seamless care delivery and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients and colleagues.
  • Identifying new business opportunities to drive growth with the Branch Manager and contributing to multi-disciplinary health teams to optimise client care outcomes.
  • Providing timely reports and covering the on-call rota as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, be highly organised, and proficient in using technology to drive success. They should also be adaptable and embody the values of Prestige Nursing & Care.

This role comes with a salary of £23,100 per annum, starting at 28 days annual leave which increases by one day annually up to 33 days after five years of service. In line with CQC and Care Inspectorate regulations, applicants must undergo Enhanced DBS/PVG, right to work, reference, and employment history checks.
