We are looking for a skilled Nursing Assistant Coordinator to deliver high-quality care to clients in their own homes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and their families.

Responsibilities:- Deliver person-centred care to clients in their own homes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Collaborate with local teams to ensure efficient care delivery.
- Paid experience as a care assistant is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- A valid driving license and use of own vehicle.
- Professional or personal references.
- Competitive hourly rate (£12.00) with weekly pay.
