About the Role

We are seeking a Female Specialist Dementia Day Centre Officer to join our team at Russia Lane Day Centre.

This part-time post involves working Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week, providing specialist support for vulnerable individuals living with moderate to severe dementia and their carers.

The post holder will work as part of a team to deliver a high-quality, person-centred service that meets the complex needs of our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acting as a keyworker for multiple service users, addressing their physical, psychological, cultural, social, and religious requirements.
  • Developing and utilising advanced dementia care techniques to create individualised support plans.
  • Providing assistance with personal care and hygiene to ensure a culturally sensitive and high-quality service for individuals with diverse support needs.
