Construction Account Executive

On Target Recruitment Ltd is seeking a talented Construction Account Executive to join our team in the construction sector. This is an exciting opportunity to specialize in concrete sales and develop your skills as a sales professional.
About the RoleThis is a traditional field-based role, with 4 days spent on the road and one day working from home. The ideal candidate will have experience managing accounts and winning new business, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a problem solver, you should be able to identify opportunities for increased sales through strong relationships with contractors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a territory of South London, focusing on account management and new business development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales.
- Work closely with contractors to understand their needs and provide solutions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Field sales experience, ideally in the heavy side or merchants' sales role.
- Experience managing accounts and winning new business.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £35K - £45K, plus bonus, car allowance, pension, and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
