Job Title: Digital Construction Manager

Estimated salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum.

Ferrovial Construction UK seeks a highly skilled Digital Construction Manager to lead the implementation and ownership of the project CDE and Field Systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the correct and timely KPI reporting, maintaining a works package quality register, and ensuring compliance with Ferrovial's processes and management systems. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing and managing digital construction and lean digital processes across the project.
  • Managing the quality management system and ensuring its effective deployment.
  • Developing and executing the Ferrovial Construction and Project Quality Engagement Plan.
  • Liaising closely with the Employer's Quality leader representative and organizing quality events.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a similar discipline, experience working on large infrastructure and construction projects, and strong leadership skills. A valid CSCS card is also required.
