Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the administrative functions within the Pre Proceedings Credit Hire unit, ensuring an efficient service to the Business Unit and staff. The role requires excellence and high standards to be attained within an innovative learning environment that is safe, healthy, and inclusive for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the operational performance of up to 10 Administrators, ensuring the smooth running of the team as they process New claims, Payment packs, and Post.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve individual handler productivity, attainment of all Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and quality levels.
  • Plan and manage the team's workload, ensuring all performance and customer Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all relevant reports are produced promptly and effectively train and develop the team.
  • Adhere to the firm's qualitative framework, including litigation procedure and complaints.

Working Hours

35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with 1 unpaid hour for lunch. This role is based out of our Parklands Office, Bolton. We are agile workers and attendance is required on a Monday and 4 days from home.
