Administrative Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Admin Team Leader to join our team at Keoghs LLP. As an Admin Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the administrative functions within our Pre Proceedings Credit Hire unit and providing an efficient service to our Business Unit and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the operational performance of up to 10 Administrators, ensuring the smooth running of the team as they process New claims, Payment packs and Post.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve individual handler productivity, attainment of all SLA's associated with speed of Input, and quality levels.
- Ensure all data captured is entered into the appropriate systems and meets all auditable compliance functions.
- Plan and manage the team's workload, ensuring all performance and customer KPI's are met in a timely manner.
- Produce all relevant reports promptly and effectively.
- Develop and implement training and development programs for the team, ensuring each team member understands the Administration policies and procedures.
- Ensure adherence to the firm's qualitative framework, including litigation procedure and complaints.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing a team of administrators.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to improve performance.
- Knowledge of administrative policies and procedures, with the ability to develop and implement training programs.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
