AXA UK is seeking a talented and organized individual to support the Finance Operations Department. As an Administration Support Team Member, you will provide finance operations administration to our customers, work to agreed standards and measures, and operational support on daily banking.

Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate banking is performed across all banking functions and within agreed timescales. You will also work closely with the Finance Operations teams to deliver ad-hoc tasks and build effective relationships with internal and external customers.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. You should have a customer-orientated background and be able to work in a fast-paced change environment. Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office, such as Excel and Word, is also required.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.

AXA UK offers a competitive annual salary of up to £21,840 dependent on experience, annual company and performance-based bonus, contributory pension scheme, life assurance, and 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
