Job Title: Site Manager - Heathrow Airport

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate construction teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, including timelines and milestones.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress updates and financial statements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.

  • Competitive salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum.
