Job Title: Site Manager - Heathrow Airport

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Heathrow Airport. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate construction teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and control project costs, timelines, and quality
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
