RBC Real Estate Capital Partners is a leading provider of real estate debt facilities to Tier 1 sponsors across Europe, including the UK. We are seeking an experienced Analyst to join our team in London.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Analyst to work alongside our team on origination, underwriting, and structuring of real estate debt facilities across the UK and Europe. The successful candidate will have a strong background in real estate investment banking, real estate, or engineering, with a genuine interest in real estate finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform valuation analysis using various methodologies, including DCF modelling and analysing comparables;
  • Build detailed financial models to evaluate real estate performance under various operating scenarios;
  • Attend industry events and presentations, asset site tours on new and existing deals;
Requirements
  • Experience in real estate investment banking, real estate, or engineering with a genuine interest in real estate finance;
  • Fluent English speaker, with other European languages being advantageous;
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with digital skills being advantageous;
