Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Analyst/Associate with a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate capital markets, preferably in the arranging/executing of real estate debt. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a deal leader in all aspects of a debt financing transaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting a deal leader in all aspects of a debt financing transaction, including liaising with clients to assemble the required information and preparing lender presentations/information memorandums.
- Preparing cashflows/development appraisals/tenancy schedules/other financial information, as well as attending meetings with clients/lenders alongside the deal leader.
- Approaching lenders and assisting in the management of a competitive lender tendering process in a structured and professional manner.
Candidate Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Real estate background with a minimum of 1-3 years of post-graduate experience.
- Excellent Microsoft skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Confident in building/amending financial models (debt and equity cash flows).
