Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Debt Advisory Analyst to join our team and support our clients in the execution of real estate debt transactions. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in real estate capital markets, preferably in the arranging and execution of real estate debt.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a deal leader in all aspects of a debt financing transaction, including liaising with clients, preparing lender presentations, and attending meetings with clients and lenders.
  • Approach lenders and assist in the management of a competitive lender tendering process in a structured and professional manner.
  • Prepare financial models, including debt and equity cash flows, and other financial information required for transactions.
  • Collaborate with the deal leader to assemble the information required to take a transaction to market.

Candidate Requirements

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as finance, accounting, or real estate.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of post-graduate experience in real estate capital markets, preferably in the arranging and execution of real estate debt.
  • Excellent Microsoft skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Confident in building and amending financial models, including debt and equity cash flows.
