About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Debt Advisory Analyst. As a key member of our Debt Advisory team, you will be responsible for managing the execution and supporting a VP and/or a Director/Partner on all aspects of the transaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting, managing, and training junior team members throughout the transaction process.
  • Production of bespoke modelling and client materials, including options papers, pricing analysis, and covenant analysis.
  • Managing information flow and key process management documentation, such as NDA's and Release Letters.
  • Review and assess due diligence materials, including Financial DD, Commercial DD, and Legal DD.
  • Liaise directly with clients and key stakeholders throughout the transaction.
  • Preparation of marketing materials and maintenance of internal proprietary databases.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 18 months experience in Debt Advisory, Private Credit, Leveraged Finance, Corporate Finance, or Corporate Banking. You must be proficient in PowerPoint and Excel financial modelling, with a strong understanding of LBO/covenant analysis and integrated 3 statement models.
