We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic SEN teaching assistant to join our team at a small special needs school in Hertfordshire. This permanent role offers an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to make a positive impact on the lives of children with complex needs.

About the Role
  • This role involves working with primary aged children, mostly those in KS2 with some KS3 too.
  • The successful candidate will provide support to children with a variety of complex needs, including autism, ADHD and ADD.
Requirements
  • Experience and/or knowledge of special needs.
  • Commitment to working within a therapeutic approach to learning and providing a wide range of support across the board.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. The school also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for career progression and professional development.
