SEN Teaching Lead Opportunity

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, working closely with a dedicated team, and contributing to the development of our curriculum. Our school values academic excellence, therapeutic support, and strong relationships between students, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
  2. Foster positive relationships with students, families, and staff to create a supportive learning environment.
  3. Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in SEN.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in shaping the educational experience of our students.
