We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEN Teacher to join our team, working with a small group of pupils with mild to moderate learning needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and learning, with experience of working with SEND pupils.

Job Requirements
  • A degree in Education or a related field, with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience of working with SEND pupils, with knowledge of their specific needs and requirements.
  • Ability to work closely with the main school SENDCo and Assistant Head, contributing to provision mapping and annual reviews.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of child protection policies and procedures, with a commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young persons.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus 7% statutory holiday pay. This is a temporary position, but there may be opportunities for permanent employment in the future.
