We are seeking a driven, ambitious and successful sales professional to join our growing new business sales team at Tailored Talent Acquisition.

The ideal candidate will have experience of selling complex software solutions and a proven track record of delivering against sales targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Research companies and the industry to understand the relevant issues that are making companies uncertain about the decisions that they should be making, the challenges that they are facing, and the solutions that they need.
  • Presenting and demonstrating our solutions to C-level executives, building relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, and negotiating complex agreements.

Requirements:

  • 1-2+ years proven sales experience with evidence of delivering against sales targets.

As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in expanding our presence in the public sector, identifying new business opportunities and developing long-term relationships with clients.
