**The role**:
We are on the lookout for a Digital Account Executive with a positive outlook and organisational skills to join our fast paced team. You'll be learning from a talented team, gaining experience of paid search marketing, social media, web and SEO, so it's a great role for someone looking to develop.

**Your responsibilities as an Account Executive are**:

- Helping take client briefs, translating/interrogating them with your AM/SAM/AD to ensure the Positive delivery teams have everything they need to respond
- Participating in brainstorms and make effective notes
- Developing understanding of why particular responses are more effective than others, and to contribute to the on-going refinement of each project
- Playing a part in the preparation of client presentations and other documents
Preparing and managing delivery plans and deadlines and resources for discrete sections of a project as briefed
- Briefing of internal and external resources on smaller projects
- Reporting effectively and promptly all developments in each element of a project
- Preparing status updates for internal and external meetings and calls and attending and taking comprehensive notes
- Contributing to the financial management, with support (creating cost estimate and invoices etc)
- Supporting the team in new business pitches
- Looking out for opportunities to get involved in Positive/group projects
- Helping new team members feel welcome and helping induct them into the agency and the accounts
- Maintaining an up-to-date filing system that can be easily accessed by any other team member, according to company procedures
- Regular reporting of campaign and activity performance across multiple channels (e.g. SEO, PPC & social media) Working alongside channel specialists to ensure timely and accurate delivery of campaigns

**What you'll need**:

- One years’ experience in a digital environment (client/agency side)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- First class organisational skills and attention to detail
- A pro-active approach to projects
- Experience of working as part of a team
- A keen eye for detail and an understanding of budget restraints
- Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a cool outlook
- A personable and professional character that will allow you to build client rapport
- The confidence to give clients trust in your work
- Strong people and relationship building skills in order to work closely with all departments across the agency
- Experience of working with multi-function digital teams
- Have the drive and passion to get stuck in with every project.
- Be a curious, creative marketer who gets a buzz out of driving business results without sacrificing creativity
