**Administration Support Executive - Travel**

**Administration Support Executive - Role & Responsibilities**:

- Compliance duties which include data entry of monthly returns, reporting and chasing outstanding returns, identifying, and resolving issues with member accounts.
- Administration of new memberships include system set up, insurances, & completion of required forms and documentation.
- Regular and ad hoc reporting for members and key stakeholders.
- General operational and administrative department support.

**Administration Support Executive - Skills & Experience Required**:

- Experience in a banking, finance, compliance, administrative or travel role would be advantageous.
- Strong ability to manage and prioritise workload with excellent accuracy & attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously, to take responsibility in making decisions and problem solve.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to build strong working relationships with members.
- Excellent IT and office skills

**Administration Support Executive - Additional Information**:

- Salary - circa £25k
- Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.30
- Office based
- Company benefits include pension, health care, life assurance.
