Join Our Team

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Surrey and London. As part of our Operations team, you will work closely with our staff and stakeholders to deliver excellent care and support.

Your key responsibilities will include running and managing our offices, ensuring the health and safety of staff and visitors, and providing receptionist services.

In addition, you will provide administrative support to our Board, CEO, and Senior Leadership Team, including organizing meetings and taking minutes/actions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Run and manage our Surrey and London offices
  • Ensure the health and safety of staff and visitors
  • Provide receptionist services
  • Manage meeting bookings and take minutes/actions
