About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Next. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in creating an engaging and inspiring shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience
  • Create and maintain visually appealing store displays and window displays
  • Collaborate with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Support the planning and implementation of in-store events and promotions
  • Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual standards are met and provide feedback to store teams
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising

Requirements

  • Proven experience in visual merchandising or a related field
  • Strong creative and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
  • High energy and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service
