Job SummaryWe're seeking a Retail Sales Assistant and Key Holder to join our team. As a key member of our store team, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and supporting the store management team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customers leave happy and excited to unlock their imaginations.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, recommending products to customers and creating a engaging shopping experience.
- Support the store management team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns.
- Genuine and authentic: You're a positive and creative individual who shines through in your interactions with customers.
