About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Next. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in creating an engaging and immersive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity
  • Design and execute in-store displays, window displays, and visual presentations that meet brand standards
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform visual merchandising decisions
  • Work closely with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure alignment on product placement and visual storytelling
  • Manage and maintain visual merchandising standards across all store locations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers and visual merchandising teams
  • Provide training and support to store teams on visual merchandising best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and enhancing customer engagement through visual merchandising
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising principles, and brand identity
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
  • Ability to travel to store locations as needed
