About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at Next. As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will play a key role in creating an engaging and immersive store experience that showcases our products in the best possible light.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity
  • Design and execute in-store displays, fixtures, and visual elements that meet brand standards
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform visual merchandising decisions
  • Work closely with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure alignment on product placement and visual storytelling
  • Manage and maintain visual merchandising standards across all store locations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers and visual merchandising teams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and enhancing customer experience through visual merchandising
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and visual merchandising principles
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
