About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team at NEXT. As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will play a key role in creating an engaging and immersive customer experience across our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and visual identity
  • Design and execute in-store displays, window displays, and visual presentations that meet brand standards
  • Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends to inform visual merchandising decisions
  • Work closely with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure alignment on product placement and visual presentation
  • Develop and maintain visual merchandising standards and guidelines for all stores
  • Provide training and support to store teams on visual merchandising best practices
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform visual merchandising decisions and optimize store layouts
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth through effective visual merchandising strategies
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and customer behavior
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
