- Lead the team to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere.

- Work alongside the Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities that impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
- Be fully accountable for store performance.
About You:
- Previous store or deputy management experience.
- Track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
- New Look brand adorer.
- History of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives.
- Commercial acumen.
- Good understanding of compliance and P and L reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
