About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our Market Harborough team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional results through your commercial acumen, collaboration, resilience, and customer obsession.

The Store

Our Market Harborough store has been a customer favorite for 15 years, offering the latest fashion trends and must-haves. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating a customer-obsessed atmosphere, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience that helps them express their individuality, personality, and unique style through fashion.

The Role

In this high street store, you will lead your team to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere, delivering results while having fun along the way. You will be fully accountable for your store performance, working closely with your Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities that impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.

About You
  • You have previous store or deputy management experience.
  • You have a track record of effectively leading and managing a team.
  • You are a New Look brand admirer.
  • You have a history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives.
  • You possess commercial acumen.
  • You have a good understanding of compliance and P&L reporting.
  • You are able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
