About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our Market Harborough team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the Territory Leader and Visual Coach to identify opportunities to improve store performance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Previous store management experience
  • Proven track record of leading and managing a team
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
