We are passionate about education, payroll, and HR, and our dynamic team is seeking a skilled HR Systems & Technical Support Manager to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the iTrent HRIS system.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Configure and maintain the iTrent environment to meet and exceed the needs of schools and multi-academy trusts.
  2. Coordinate internal and external resources to configure, test, and deploy HRIS functionality to meet client needs.
  3. Work closely with HR and Payroll teams to customise the system according to business needs and integrate iTrent with other HR-related software.
  4. Maintain high client satisfaction by ensuring accuracy, addressing service-related issues promptly, and managing escalated client concerns.
  5. Foster a customer-centric approach, ensuring clear and effective communication with clients and team members.
  6. Collaborate with various teams to review, test, and authorise system performance in line with statutory and contractual requirements.
  7. Ensure all system and technical documentation is up to date, run necessary reports, and maintain accurate records.
  8. Support, coach, and mentor colleagues, ensuring all team training is current and up to date.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced environment with excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of payroll and experience with HRIS/Payroll systems (iTrent highly desirable).
  • Experience producing Management Information reports and understanding Data Protection and GDPR principles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems and technical support, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. A competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for this exciting opportunity.
