Job Overview

Birketts is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join our Ipswich office. As a key member of the Client Services Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a professional and proactive facilities service and reception cover is achieved.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the office is presented to a high standard, particularly communal and client-facing areas.
  • Provide effective liaison, support, and assistance between the Client Services Team and the rest of the firm.
  • Offer business service support across all departments in the office and assist with office-related issues.
  • Book, prepare, and clear meeting rooms, and organize refreshments as required.
  • Maintain and monitor office supplies.
  • Handle mail and DX duties, including incoming and outgoing couriers.
  • Ensure adherence to Health & Safety procedures, such as the fire procedure and first aid.
  • Assist with general administration tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing environment.
  • Front-of-house customer service experience is ideal.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations while interacting with others.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Motivational and proactive approach.
  • Adaptability to change and innovative ideas.
  • Flexibility to meet business requirements.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to remain focused and decisive in a pressured environment.
