As a Retirement Living Service Coordinator, you will work closely with colleagues, partner agencies, and external organizations to ensure seamless service delivery. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and delivering services, facilities, and housing management across a group of schemes.
  • Monitoring and liaising with partners to ensure compliance with service level agreements.

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in care and community management, preferably with experience working with older and vulnerable people.
  • An understanding of housing management duties and experience of liaison with agencies/partner organizations.

Familiarity with IT systems, including housing management systems, and a commitment to maintaining professional and timely records would be beneficial.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £27,112.48 per annum (pro rata), which may increase after successful performance in the role.
