About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Space NK. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive growth
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the support office and other store teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the store remains competitive
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of sales growth and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
