Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at Straumann Group. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities and building relationships with customers to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifies and pursues new sales opportunities through research and analysis of customer needs and market trends
- Develops and implements sales strategies to achieve business growth and profitability
- Built strong business relationships with customers to generate new sales opportunities
- Collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure effective sales execution
Requirements:
- Degree qualification or equivalent is preferable
- Previous sales experience or related experience in the dental industry - 3 years plus
- Ability to analyze data and identify potential business solutions for customers based on customer values and ambitions
- Results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team
Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 per annum
