Business Unit Director

We are seeking an experienced Business Unit Director for our client in the dermocosmetics industry, based in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in sales, marketing, and business development, with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong numerical skills.

This role will report directly to the Country Manager and will be responsible for managing key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Lead business development activities to identify new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure long-term success.
  • Closely monitor financial targets and provide regular reports and analysis to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and innovations in the dermocosmetics sector to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development.
  • Strong understanding of business culture and practices.
  • Financial literacy and analytical skills to drive business decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and solution-oriented approach to drive innovation.
  • Experience in the dermocosmetics industry is a plus.
