Retail Partnerships Specialist

RCM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Retail Partnerships Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with retail partners to drive sales growth. This includes sourcing new partners, onboarding existing ones, and monitoring their performance to ensure they meet company objectives.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and a proven track record in delivering results in a partnership role. Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems, and able to travel for business purposes.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on the location and industry standards.
