The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for liaising with fee earners to investigate complaints, advising on complaints handling to ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and reviewing and updating policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise with fee earners to investigate complaints and ensure that they are handled in accordance with our firm's policies and procedures.
- Advise on complaints handling to ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, including Data Protection, SRA and FCA regulations.
- Review and update policies and procedures to ensure that they remain effective and compliant.
- Provide support to colleagues dealing with Professional Indemnity Insurance.
- Report on third-party complaints and carry out cause analysis.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of working in a regulated firm, with knowledge of Data Protection, SRA and FCA regulations.
- Ability to review and update policies and procedures.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
