About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Complaints Handler to join our Complaint Management team at N Brown. As a Complaints Handler, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, or webchat in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate and resolve complaints in accordance with regulatory bodies and company policies
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues to achieve the right outcome for the customer
- Ensure accurate recording of complaint details on relevant systems and databases
- Adhere to complaints policies and procedures
- Work efficiently and effectively to achieve KPIs
- Act as a role model for the business, championing our vision and values at all times
Requirements
- Experience working in a regulated environment
- Complaints handling experience within the financial services sector is preferred
- GCSE grade C level or equivalent in Maths and English
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well within a team
