About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Complaints Coordinator to join our growing customer services department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that all complaints are handled fairly and in line with FCA requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and manage all complaints subject to FCA Dispute Resolution: Complaints Sourcebook requirements.
  • Acknowledge complaints promptly and ensure that all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Investigate complaints and produce formal responses in a timely and detailed manner.
  • Issue final response letters and ensure that all necessary records are maintained.
  • Work closely with the Customer Relations Manager to ensure that all complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • Previous experience in an informal and formal complaints-based role.
  • Significant experience of working in a financial services administration role.
  • Exceptional customer focus and passion for achieving the right outcomes for our customers.
  • Knowledge of FCA requirements for complaints handling.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry.
