About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Officer to join our team at One Manchester. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive a positive complaints experience.

Your primary responsibility will be to resolve stage one complaints efficiently and effectively, providing a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with stakeholders at all levels to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve stage one complaints in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service, empathizing with customers and listening attentively to their needs
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for customers
  • Manage a high volume of complaint cases, prioritizing tasks and handling competing priorities
  • Utilize IT software, including Microsoft Office programs, to support your work
