Job Summary

N Brown is seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our Complaint Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records of customer complaints and resolutions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of complaint handling policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Experience working in a regulated environment, preferably in the financial services sector
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • GCSE grade C level or equivalent in Maths and English
