About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Complaints Resolution Officer to join our team at One Manchester. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive a positive complaints experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a high volume of complaint cases, ensuring that all issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Act as a go-to expert for customers and colleagues, providing guidance and support on complaints resolution.
  • Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to achieve the best outcomes for our customers.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in complaints resolution or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
