About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Marketing Manager to join our team at ADLIB. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital marketing plans to increase customer acquisition and retention.
  • Manage a team of five plus agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital, Head of Marketing, Branch Sales Manager, and Product and Content marketing team to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Monitor digital activities and manage the digital budget to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Utilize HubSpot platform to engage with leads, prospects, and customers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working in a similar role with a proven track record of growing business via effective digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience managing agencies and in-house teams across PPC, SEO, email, and social.
  • Customer-centric approach with effortless analytical skills, especially in Google Analytics and CRM dashboards.
  • Natural problem-solving skills with a true passion for travel.
What We Offer

A competitive salary of £50-60k DOE + bonus and great benefits. This role can be offered on a hybrid model basis with 3 days working from our office in central Bristol.
