About the Role:

We are looking for an Insight and Automation Specialist to join our Insight & Intelligence team at Atom bank. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in driving the company's data strategy forward.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with the Lead Data Science Engineer to create a self-serve capability for Analysts and Stakeholders from across the business, empowering them to run their own data queries & reports. You will also be responsible for curating and producing core business intelligence and reporting, leading the rollout of business intelligence tooling and self-serve across the business, and working closely with Data Governance to strengthen data management including metadata and lineage.

Requirements:
  • Significant experience in business intelligence, enterprise data models, and data governance
  • Ideal experience using Tableau or similar BI tools such as Power BI or Qlik Sense
  • Experience creating high-quality dashboards
  • Strong delivery ethos: you will have done something really exciting and ideally important with data

We are offering £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, flexible hybrid & remote working, 4-day work week, and a generous company pension scheme (maximum of 13% of Atom input). Plus, an 'All About Me' fund: £200 per year to spend on personal development, 5 days annual leave plus public holidays, Private Medical Insurance, Health Cash Plan & Life Insurance, and Electric Vehicle Scheme.
