Drive Business Growth in the Beauty Industry

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. As a key player in our sales growth strategy, you will be responsible for driving performance across multiple areas, analyzing data daily, and creating targeted strategies to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dynamic, fast-paced team focused on sales growth and exceed targets through effective leadership.
  • Coach Sales Leaders to build business acumen, support their progress, and help them reach stretch goals.
  • Monitor and support the performance of Sales Leader teams, ensuring alignment with their network plans.
  • Facilitate regular online and in-person sales meetings, partnering with Sales Leaders to drive growth.
  • Collaborate with other Business Development Specialists and internal teams for a unified leadership approach.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results in Sales Leadership Development and KPIs in the past six months.
  • Proven success in growing and developing Sales Leader teams.
