Business Development Specialist at Tomlinson Group of Companies

Tomlinson Group of Companies is seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to contribute to our continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business development principles, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for building lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within target markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  • Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports on progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or a similar role within a dynamic organization.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • A self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach.
